Simon Bland is the Founder and Director of Correl8, a web design, development and digital marketing agency that has been helping businesses make more of their online presence for over 20 years.

With more than 15 years’ experience in digital marketing and business development, Simon has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them understand how the right combination of website, technology and marketing can make a genuine difference to their growth. He believes that a great website shouldn’t just look good – it needs to work hard for the business behind it.

Simon’s approach has always been personal and practical. Rather than offering an off-the-shelf solution, he takes the time to understand each business, its customers and what it wants to achieve. From there, he works with the Correl8 team to create tailored websites and digital marketing campaigns focused on attracting the right audience and turning that traffic into genuine leads and enquiries.

Having worked in the digital industry through years of changing technology, platforms and marketing trends, Simon has seen the online world evolve considerably. That experience allows him to cut through the jargon and focus on what actually matters to a business – choosing the right tools and strategies to deliver meaningful results.

For Simon, the most rewarding part of the job is building long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted extension of their business. Simon Robinson - Ambassador

Simon Robinson is a qualified solicitor with more than 20 years experience specialising in Commercial and Business Law.

Simon began in 2001 as a trainee solicitor working with a large Legal 500 firm based in Kent.  It was while working as a trainee solicitor that he decided to specialise in business and commercial property law, qualifying in 2004.

In 2005, Simon joined a well-established firm of solicitors, based in Surrey, as a commercial solicitor.  It was during this time that Simon broadened his commercial experience, dealing with a wide variety of commercial cases for the busy business community.  Simon was made a Partner of the firm in 2008, where he gained invaluable managerial experience.

After working as a Partner for three years, Simon decided to build on his experience of both commercial law and practice management and made the move to open his own practice, fulfilling a career ambition.  Baldwin & Robinson Law opened its doors, so to speak, in March 2010.

Simon specialises in Freehold and Leasehold Commercial Sales and Purchases, Landlord & Tenant negotiations and Land Development site Sales and Acquisitions. He is also a conveyancing specialist for both commercial and residential property.

Simon also acts on behalf of commercial clients in business sales, acquisitions and option agreements.

For over 35 years I've led businesses through periods of growth, change and transformation. Today, I work with owner-managed businesses as a Fractional Managing Director, helping business owners solve problems, improve performance and unlock their business's full potential.

I enjoy building relationships, sharing ideas and helping businesses succeed. If I can introduce people, solve a problem or simply point someone in the right direction, I'm always happy to help..

Glen O'Dwyer - Ambassador

Glen O'Dwyer started his computer career at Philips, winning a few awards, and garnering contacts from the local area. In 1995 He started Computer Solutions becoming incorporated in 1997. In 2010 Glen opened a High Street Store.

Glen has become a trusted supplier to many of his business customers - not just supplying computers and IT support, but assisting customers with general business queries and ideas. he feels every grows when we pull together.

Computer Solutions is renown for the quality of service their team provide. Offering a complete one-stop-stop they are experts in supporting small businesses - from sole traders to a few dozen staff. They are authorised partners for Microsoft 365, helping businesses realise their potential by the use of corporate email, SharePoint and collaboration. When Glen is not at work, he is a highly active member of Rotary, still assists Round Table, and supports a local marching band - The Redhill Corp of drums - teaching woodwind and drill. Glen is instrumental (see what I did there?)  in many of the trips both within the UK and abroad.

Mark Hynes - Ambassador

Mark Hynes has worked within Financial Services since 1981, helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of retirement planning, pensions, taxation and wealth management

Known for his ability to explain complicated subjects simply, Mark’s passion is “demystifying financial complexities” — helping people understand their choices so they can make confident decisions and enjoy greater peace of mind.

Beyond his professional career, Mark has always been passionate about learning, personal development and helping others succeed. He has been involved in networking groups for many years and believes strongly that the greatest value comes from building genuine relationships and looking for ways to support others.

Mark is also the co-founder of Wild & Raw, a wellbeing and transformation venture focused on helping people reconnect with themselves through nutrition, movement, mindfulness and shared experiences.

Mark is married with two grown daughters and enjoys golf, skiing, keeping active and, most importantly, helping people become the best version of themselves.
